I'm more concerned that Northwest has spent the money on the best avionics to fly the plane.

Love it!!!

At least someone understands the really important issues! If I were a NW pilot, I'd be a more than a little disgruntled based on the lawyers comments.

It would be nice to see an executive management team that put everyone on the same level with regards to their importance in the succesful running of an airline. Let's face it, a company needs experienced maintenance, pilots, ops people, management, and ground handlers. If anyone of these groups fails to do it's job effectively and efficiently then the whole operation feels the effects. When will some members of management get off their high horses! Everyones job in an company is to get the people to where they want to go when they want to get there. Period!
