Please practice 'catch and release'. It keeps the WJ forum busy.

Ha, funny guy... except you're not running flashers off the cannon balls....

(but perhaps you didn't need them here)

I think this is the most accurate...

Yr.1 41.67/hr + 5000 in stock
Yr.2 52.08/hr + 5000 in stock
Yr.3 as posted above

The rest of the FO scale is accurate based on 80 hour min monthly by Ryan Coke.

 Am I missing something here. I look at the 25% stock options year 3 FO and your base pay will be $78,828/yr plus $7312 in options(bonus money if they pay) plus up to 20% esp which would be $15,766 MATCHED by the company for you to do what you want with(ie$31500/yr minimum put away for your pension/investments), plus if you choose to train outside the block an extra $3695/yr Plus if you get the extra productivity pay an extra $4927/yr...that's alot of cash for 3 yr FO....find a company that does that in Canada. Allot of planets would have to allign at AC for this to happen...it would be a crap shoot. What is the senior Jazz captain make? well in 3 yrs here you make as much if not more with the 25% stock option formula(on my exel spread sheet the stock would have to double for the 100% stock option to pay as much even with taxes) You don't live under the thumb of seniority or holiday selection...but whatever your cup of tea may be I guess. just my 2 cents.

What is the growth in the current business plan, how long for a left seat based on max growth in the business plan? 12 pilots per aircraft? What ideas/rumors are coming down the tube over at WJ?
Can anyone shed some light?

All I know for sure is we will be at 62 ish a/c by the end of this year and firm 7 (I think so far for 2007) WJ present business plan calls for 90 ish a/c. Options don't get execised until approx 13 mos prior to delivery date because this is the least amount of time boeing needs and thats the minimum amount of time you have to hand over the cash(for obvious accounting reasons) I do know that WJ is excited about open skies through the states and onward to other countries for growth. I know they are close to an agreement and growing with partners. I think the opportunities are huge, in my opinion it will only be a matter of time til we grow overseas. A really nice mix of flying right now...from St. Johns to Vancouver to Panama city to Fort Mac and then a token etops flt to Maui!
