Porter Airlines seeks staff at May 6 Recruitment Drive
TORONTO, May 1, 2006 - Porter Airlines will host a Recruitment Drive on May6, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre to fill a number of customer service positions as the company prepares for take-off later this year.
When Porter takes flight in the fall it expects to have over 200 staff on>board. "We have already started the selection process for pilots and this>Recruitment Drive is the next step in building a team that will get Porter>off the ground," said Robert Deluce, president and CEO of Porter Airlines. "The passion and spirit of Porter's management team must be shared by everyone we hire."
Porter is looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals for positions>as flight attendants, customer service representatives, call centre agents,airline ground handlers and line service technicians. Candidates will have excellent communications skills, a friendly disposition, an entrepreneurial spirit and be a team player.
