What kind of hours do you have right now? Do you have a degree? I'm sorry, just trying to figure out what I'm missing, I know I don't have that many hours, so maybe that's it, but I'd like to get a ballpark figure of what AC is wanting right now. Also, does anyone know if they are going to do DE into the 320?

No changes to the position group as of yet...If they hire into the A320, one nasty grievence session will start. Not exactly smart on the eve of the summer peak, and wage negots on managements part but after only negotiating in CCAA I think they forget that give and take is necessary.
You learn more from your mistakes than your successes. F**k enough things up and you'll die a genius.
ca787546 Good luck trying to figure out what you're missing. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the hiring right now. They are passing up guys and gals with 7000-9000 hrs including transport category jet time to hire others that have flown nothing bigger than a 1900 or possibly even a navajo depending on who you listen to. (no offence to all the 1900 pilots out there I'm just making a point) Only thing you can do is hold your head up and hope for the best.
