Handling the Big Jets

Post by slowstream »

Hi Guys

Well just about done cleaning up the library a bit and I have one book which I thought I would see if anyone was interested in here on AvCanada otherwise its eBay where there selling for much more.

The book is Handling the Big Jets by D.P Davies (Third Edition), its in excellant condition and I can supply photo's for anyone interested. It's on the reccomended reading list for A.C as well for anyone interested in flying large jets, well worth the read.

I just want my cost from it which is $95.00 Canadian, anyone who wants it or more info, just PM me.

I have one, I'd be willing to part with for well under $95...make offer! It's the third edition as well. I'v had the thing for years...it's way too dry for me! It's a little faded (because I bought it when it first came out!) but in showroom condition!

No biggie, I should have realized everything on this site is a joke, sarcasms or a controversy. I just though I would give someone here first dibs but no big deal I'll take it in to the used book store with the rest.

How about I box your ears for this book. It may knock some sense into you.

Also, I have a book entitled "Handling the Big Women" by Corneilious A. Shoot ...make an offer. It's on Westjet's recommended list.

I'd say its worth $49.99... that's exactly $40 off what I paid for mine brand new. Although the book may have never been opened, the possibilty exists that the owner of it, even once, sat in bed reading it, scratching his sweaty balls, and then turned some pages with that same hand. The risk, or even the notion that such an action could have occured, is worth $40, in my opinion. Some might argue that, based on the above arguement, this should be discounted even a little more... maybe even to five bucks or less. But IMHO, 50 bones is good for both parties.

Desksgo,

Come on down and I'll be more than happy to pull your lower lip over you head so you can swallow your own shit! You might keep in mind it's not that hard to find out who people are on this sight and I will likely find out who you are one day and then we'll have a visit and see how smart mouthed you are, by the way nice picture of you and your girlfriend, I suspected that's the way you swung.

I still find it amazing the maturity of some of you, if your not interested move on and get a life.

Why not barter it on craigslist? You could get a massage, or a dirty underwear collection, or a ride downtown or something. But seriously, ever been to a garage sale? Usually the stuff is less than the brand new in store price...

This book is very very dry.
No one should waste around a hundred dollars on it when you could read it for free at your local library.

My librarian used to be hot, now my librarian is a fifty-ish, bearded, troll-like woman with halitosis... or is that my grocer. Oh how I miss the coast.
