Ground School

Post by Front. »

Just wondering what airlines cover in the ground school. Is it more like the operations, what to do at dispatch? Cause i suppose the groundschool at Air Canada is rather different than learning the "basics" of flight in your local FBO lol.

Basically, we all just sit and try and figure out where we are going for lunch. Not everyone likes the same foods so we try to accomodate everyone we can. Then, after we return around 14:00 p.m., we sit, again, and talk shit about people who are trying to wonder what we discuss in the classroom. This takes us to about 16:00 p.m., where, then, the day begins to wind down.

Hey, flyindude, when you were 16-17 years old and had questions about the world of aviation, did the "professionals" you directed those questions to give you great answers like yours above?
