Charter or selling block twin time?

Hi guys, I am new to the site and looking for input. I was wondering to start a charter outfit in the southern Ontario region such as Brantford or St. Catharines using light twins or the other idea is to buy a twin such as a piper apache the geronimo type and sell block time to students that want to buy time buy purhcasing the fuel themselves and charging them like 75 an hour for the aircraft, do you think that might work? I would like to fly with them because of insurance purposes.

Do you think it is a good idea to stay in aviation and still do what I love to do and that is to fly.

any input would be great. Is it difficult to start a small charter outfit in the above airports?
