yes, I'm not having one this year as i'm working...

But to cook one, I use 2-3 cups of herb and garlic chicken broth, spice with itilian seasoning, peper, cover the top with tinfoil, and don't look at it untill I think it's almost done - normally 350 degrees per 30 mins per pound and shave 45 mins off that with using tinfoil. It's so moist, and the gravey is already started for you.

Sorry I guess I should have been a little clearer. I was looking for comments about the inspirational turkey dinner CJ put off today. I missed it and was looking for info.

Yes, I missed it as well!
Was it actually a turkey dinner or something disguised as a turkey? :smt078 Were there any new rumors..... maybe more a/c or another a/c type??

I bet it would be quite tasty so when you decide to put her in the oven, I will be right over with a bottle of Lagavulin(Single Malt Isle of Islay) , remember this gem is straight up – no ice(like the bloody yanks) but a pinch of water is allowed. Also included with my invitation is a bottle of Puligny-Montrachet for the main course and when we eating this wonderful meal , lets relax with a crème de menthe(ice is allowed) and from that point you can fill me in on the pitfalls of airline flying and I will advise you on the joys of retirement

Best of the season :D

Sounds great!!!
But for me giving you the pitfalls of airline flying, ask me in 30 years, cause I really don't have a clue. I figure about the time i'm ready to retire, I might about have a handle on things, and know if I made the right decissions along the way...

Happy Holidays.
