PRM exam

Post by Waldo Pepper's Circus »

Has anyone writtent this exam recently who can give me some insight into the level of difficulty? I read through the study guide of the CARS and it is so open ended that I don't know how much time to spend studying. Thanks for any replies.......

The exams isnt' too bad and remember that is is Open Book!!!

Just make sure that Transport gives you the RIGHT exam. I was given the wrong exam and had to write the proper one. 6hrs of TC exams just really are not that fun!!

TC will give you a very simple Study and Reference guide to use.
You will need to know CARs 703/723/726 really good.

There are a couple of questions from the 500 series. Mostly on AD's and SDR reports.

If you need more info give me an email

Does anybody know what to study or look over for the Powerplant exam for Transport Canada. Because i heard recently they changed the format and now the powerplant exam has recips, turbines, and propellers all in one exam. Has anyone taken it or got any information?

Thanks!
