Does anyone else find it dis crediting (for lack of a better word), that someone/company, Posts jobs for pilots, but witholds some vital information, like the Company Name, or the Other Important Information?

I think they are just trying to avoid a flood of resumes over the fax and the telephone ringing off the hook while trying to conduct their day to day operations. More concerning is when they tell you that you get to pay for training or sign a 5 year bond.

Maybe they are new and dont want to release any personal info....Some companies like to recruit before firing up engines....If things fall through, then it makes them look bad if everyone knows..... Could be a possibility...I've seen it before..Meridian, my advice to you would be to apply anyway, the worse thing that could happen is that NO ONE WILL CALL YOU! Then again, maybe you'll gain a new pen pal.

While i would not take a job from a company without thoroughly researching it, i have no problem applying for a job from an anonymous company. There are many reasons that a company would choose not to publish their name and contact info here, many of which would not prevent me from applying.

Now if someone wanted me to fly out for an interview without satisfactorily answering some questions, that would be a different kettle of fish.
