I've been told that march was a busy time in the year where people were changing of Cie, and Cies changing of people; & it was the right moment to seriously contact employers.
is there like a season or a moment in the year where everybody in the same time changes of position/employer/ employe/ etc ??

the limits of your knowledge, hopefully, doesn't reflect reality.
I'm please to tell you that a lot of jobs depends on the season.
farming, fishing, skiing, cinematography, and a lot of other things.
As you have tactfully noticed I'm pretty new in this industry, and I have the right to ask any stupid question I want, and even if employment is not seasonal in aviation, it is when we talk about bushflying.

So, before thinking the others are stupid, I'd encourage you to =
1) Ask yourself about all the other thing you don't know anything
2) keep your racism for yourself 'cause you never know where the futur will send you
3) remember you're not superman.
4) Cie is Cie even if you're not intelligent enough to speak at least 1 langage successfully

The moment in the year you speak of is right now. There is a lot of movement happening at all levels in the industry, and if you have a CPL, a small amount of time (and in some cases a $10 G cheque, which is not recommended) you should not have a problem finding a flying position. For a float job, pre-spring is the time to start applying and making calls.

I have no idea what the racism thing is about or what you are referring to. My response was meant in good fun and not intended to ridicule you or anyone in any way. I was serious about March. I'm certainly not superman and FYI, I do speak another language other than english. In all seriousness you should lighten up a bit. It will improve your chances of getting hired.
