I do a lot of travelling for my job. Too much travel. In the past five years, I have flown longhaul on BA, Lufthansa, KLM, Swiss, Singapore, Cathay, JAL, United, Delta, SAA, Varig, Iberia, Austrian, Gulf Air, Air France, British Mediterranean, Qantas. My fave is BA. Despite all of the problems at T4 in LHR since August (delayed connections, missing bags, late arrivals, etc), they have consistently been excellent. They treat like I am their ownly passenger. Tied for second is South African and KLM. They have a new business class product that is excellent.
Short haul, I have flown on Easyjet, Ryanair, Swiss, Aer Lingus, Lusthansa, Delta, Jet Blue, USAirways, United, Continental, American, Alaska, Air China, China Eastern, Lauda, Alitalia, Austrian, KLM, SAS. BA is great. JetBlue is good for their leather seats and 24 channel live TV. Lauda had a nifty in flight product on the CRJ's.
I've flown on more carriers but not in the past five years. Their product could have changed for the better or worse so I didn't include them.
