Online parts manuals

Does anyone know if there exists a site where Cessna Parts manuals are available on-line? I understood Cessna Pilots Association did that, but it appears they are only available in their library. Any suggestions besides spending the $65 bucks for my own copies?

your best bet would be to find someone in maintenance, and use their Cesview software instal disc. From there you can access cessna library from that soft ware if your hooked up to the net with no fees, good luck.

Short of purchasing the manuals, I have never heard of an free source online. Anything specific you are looking for? I have access to a pretty wide set of Cessna manuals.

Oh, and Cessview should be given away free, What a POS piece of software that program is.

Tids, just buy the manual, it's required to have them anyway.. If it's a customers airplane, get them to provide it or build it into the cost of the work you are providing.. If you can afford the airplane, you can afford the proper manuals.

I have cesview and used it in the field as my primary source for information. I agree it's not the best, but from a maintenance standpoint, there's not many manuals that are, some are better than others, anyhow, i made do with cesview, but ya it's not the best. I was speculating that the first post was from a pilot who just wanted the parts manual for whatever reason, mabee i misunderstood.

Thanks all. Parts manuals have been ordered. BTW, Maintenance Manuals are required for the AMO, but not parts manuals. Just tired of making the Lindair guys cringe everytime I call!!
