Griffon :

I very much doubt that most of us here actually give a crap about how much we all know, but sometimes the fun of answering is worth the comments that follow, I was only trying to see if A.W. actually had an Airbus manual as he / she/ it, claimed. If he/ she/ it or whatever actually had the manual the answer as you and I both know would be simple....he/ she / it, would have just looked it up.

So for me it's having a little fun.

After all one should not just be serious all the time.

And its suprising just how much one fun one can have with some of the regulars here. I find it amazing how some duck and weave yet never show any true knowledge or experience.

I'd say this forum is long over due from being kicked off avcanada. It was pointless to start with... Some guy who got his ego hurt from TC and wants revenge GIVE IT UP. But that’s not were it ends a bunch of pissing matches started off and soon we have pages that don't even relate to a topic!!! Pointless rambling... time to get a new topic. Cut your losses Doc MCDU! Sweet and Juice get off the computer and get a life!! CAT watch out for #1 not some other guys sob story. And for the rest of us find something better to do then watch a few baby’s cry.................. I'm out

Well, considering that 4 of your 5 posts have been in the threat, you wouldn't have much to do if it was removed. Just an observation...

2nd gen...

On Friday I am off to Amsterdam again to fly for the Dutch Catalina society, this time they are renting a canal boat for my wife and I to live on while we are there this time around.

For the last nine years my life has been very interesting having flown in over forty countries. Believe me when I tell you that contrary to how my attitude sometimes comes across in a lot of my posts here the TC issues are sort of a part time thing with me. Compartmetalizing these issues allows me to enjoy my other life and quite frankly I am eons ahead flying outside of Canada, so for what ever years of productive life I have left I couldn't imagine having a better life style than I now enjoy.

I will of course confess to sometimes deliberately egging on some of our more entertaining colleauges because of the outrageous responses I get.

No thread is pointless. MCDU wanted to share something with us that obviously is of great concern to him. If you are not interested in a particular thread, then move on. If you don't agree, offer an opinion, hopefully an informed or reasonably intelligent one. However slurs or insults are not warranted. Personally, although most TC types I feel are pretty decent, I also know they have the power to devour me, and that scares the crap out of me.

Hmmmm... I've gotta admit, that one's ringing some truth about now... it's tempting to lay some bait, but.... naww... not worth it, truth is that .'s right... Why would any of us care what anyone knows or doesn't know?... Still though... I have this burn in me when it comes to people who misrepresent themselves in this kind of medium.

Arrow :

B I N G O...you hit the nail right on the head.

( I know they have the power to devour me, and that scares the crap out of me. )

Sooner or later I have faith that enough people on the industry side of aviation will recognize that there are to many TC employees thaking advantage of that power and demand there be restraints put on these individuals by upper management.

However it is a Canadian thing to accept leaders in positions of power that say one thing and do another.

I was watching CNN International in my Hotel romm in Leiden a few weeks ago when I found out that Canadians ( maybe a few new ones mixed in just to tip the scales ) voted Paul Martin back into power.

Didn't the auditor General find that the power structure he is head of were stealing hundreds of millions of the tax payers money and lining Liberal supporters pockets with that tax money? And enough Canadians believe that he didn't have any idea of what was going on that they voted him back in?

Correct me if I am mistaken, does that same leader not have his ships registered off shore to avoid the tax structure in the Country that he is the leader of? And does his company not hire what could be best described as modern slave labour to work these ships for him?

So I guess it is a Canadian thing, this meek submission to questionable and sometimes outright corrupt leadership.

And you have it in spades in Transoprt Canada Civil Aviation.

Enjoy. bang head

That is the core message that MCDU and I are trying to get across in this discussion......

MCDU :

I forgot to add that my employers also provide me with a cell phone in Holland.

0619574606

when dialing outside of Holland the country code is 31 ....and you drop the 0 on the cell number.

We may not be convincing many people that we do have legitimate concerns, but just look at the hits on your topic. Wave

suing a TC Inspector

Post by snaproll20 »

To MCDU;

Have you filed the lawsuit yet?
Regarding the 56 e-mailers who identified the Inspector first time, it sounds like you all may have concerns. Would any of you like to PM me?
Otherwise...it is all rhetoric.

Dear Inspector,
I'm not sure that I quite understand. Are you asking me to forward my email to you? If so, it simply won't happen. The authors of those emails can decide for themselves if they want to fullfill your request.

Otherwise, the Lawyers are meeting this week to finalize the plan and begin the process.

Regards

When I'm done college, and captain of an airbus 380. (in another 10 months or so) I'm absolutely sure I have made the right choice to go into aviation- where there's respect, and big bucks all around.

(If you could see the smile on my face as I say that, you would know that I am exercising my right as a Canadian to perform sarcastic humour.) :D

Good luck folks, we're all on your sides!
