Sports Rock Restaurant, is your name on the plane?

Post by invertedattitude »

There's over a thousand signatures by pilots/AME's etc on the Traumahawk hanging from the ceiling, is yours on there? I've seen signatures from as far away as YVR, some WestJet/CanJet crews...anyone on here put their hancock on her?

Mine is on the rudder.....

Good story behind that plane. The current CFI or Chief of whatever at MFC had an engine failure with that plane and landed at his own farm if I am not mistaken. Great guy. Great school. Great town. Great women. And Great wings............ all in all a great place.

I think now, Moosers has taken the crown of "Best Wings in YQM" Go there, get the Sweet Chili wings, man.... heaven.

I actually finally signed the thing after many years of eating there never wanting to bother the waitress, this time in a tipsy stupour scribbling near the left wing-tip.

Yup, mines on there somewhere since '97. I've got around 400-500 hours in the old traumahawk. Great town, great school. Best wings in town.

Yup, left leading edge in 2003. I'm still looking for that perfect flying job to bring me back there. Great town, great people, great school. Amazing how many people have gone through MFC, young & old, it's a small world.

Well, I'm not one of those. I used to fly in and out of Moncton very often, though. That's why.
