Information about Air Bravo?
Could anyone tell me any information about the working conditions at Air Bravo.
i.e. How the company treats their crews, maintenance on the machines, per diems?
If you really know something please feel free to post something constructive.

oldncold: for every scripted response like yours, 10 pilots left the company bitching.
Know people who worked there first hand. Hard work, yeah, everybody is OK with that. Abuse, not so much.
Money is not an issue, Rick will throw whatever it takes at you to keep you from leaving, but only when you get a job offer elsewhere.
Dental, drug coverage, RRSP? No you don't get that. You get a decent pay and the option to pay for the extras, but again, it all depends on how well you negotiate when they really need you.
They will nickel and dime you every chance they get.
Most pilots would stick around if they only had a little people skills and showed respect for their employees.
Asking the captains and crews to help them lie and scam their biggest customer does not help with retention either.
Shotgun10: Need to make some money and build up time? Go there, but don't say nobody warned you. You will agree with the guys that left after 3 months in EL or TB.

Ya what is a pule?
Is that a pole...pool....what about a lady F/O...what does she have?
According to Rick, the owner, he is trying to hire F/O's with 1000 or more so they can upgrade faster.
The PC-12 is designed for the single pilot minded.
Having a F/O is not a bad thing.
With or without a "pule".
IMHO

prep h
spruce monkey- she doesn't have to as i have none
but from the sounds of it you and your backdoor friend have a supply
handy Hmmm ZING!!!
AND FOR THE RECORD the time I spent there was fun, hard work, long hours, paid well - Yes there were some frustrations I will admit,
but what job doesn't have them. ie low payvs smooth operations
or bad schedule +low pay etc . surely you know aviation is a tradeoff.
but the type of flying the variety will stand ya in good stead for the next stage of your career . and when the hiring boom goes bust
as it done before . a 12 is good platform to work from .
v1 and rotate sounds very bitter if you are flying a jet or over 12500 now surely the glass time helped .
life is what you make of it. and ab pilots don't eat kd or ichiban unless
by choice. there is something to be said for that .
I just took my frustrations out on the golf course or ski hill.
