Globespan emergency landing May 31 at Hamilton, ON

Post by bluenote »

I am trying to find out what was the actual departure time on this aircraft and the actual or approximate time it landed with the engine u/s. Is there a transport canada incident report site that shows these times or if anybody might have info on this would be great.

thanks

thank you matrix for the great info. I am still puzzled at the occurence time of 02:43 when the airplane was still at the gate prior to leaving? Odd.

I am trying to find out as well whether the airplane sat at the runway for a while for a maintenance check after it landed.

anyways,

thanks matrix, great.

Didn't sit on the runway after it landed. It taxied in and parked at the terminal. Watched the whole thing, go and come. Pretty uneventful.

Do you know when exactly it landed on the runway? Would the fire department, police or ATC know this info?

thanks for the info

Sorry, I never noted the exact time. However it would of been around 2250 - 2310 lcl I believe. No idea on the CFR stuff although there was a fair bit of equipment around on landing.

I was working the midnight shift in the centre this particular evening/morning. It was late departing. If my memory is correct it was after midnight local. Not a hundred percent sure of the time.
