Canadian North in Newfoundland?!?

I noticed on Amadeus that Canadian north will operate YDF-YYT sked w/ 737-200 every Wednesday starting mid august.

Is it to allow a reposition for weekly charters of some sort? Or did I just have one too many beers?

I believe it is part of the Horizon (Oil Sands) charter operation schedule..

There is a diret correlation between Newfoundlands rapidly declining population and Albertas dramatically rising economy you know! Especially the rise of beer sales in Fort Mac.

The Amadeus 737 flys from YDF to Gatwick. I don't think they are doing anything for CDN North.

The YDF/YYT/EGKK route is actually by Astreus. Amadeus is a booking/travel website.

Canadian North is contracted to fly the many workers to and fro the west...
