You're not going to believe this, but try and stay with me here. I know this guy, and well, he has this job. He goes to this job where airplanes come and go from places. He gets in this A320 that you speak of, in that specific seat that you speak of. He goes to all these places while helping this airplane fly safely as an aviator. Then when he goes home, pretty regularly, he gets money for going place to place in that jet. He put in lots of work to get said opportunity, but yep, he gets paid to do it. He is proud of all the great things and great people that he came into along his vast journey.
Novel idea, no? Give er' a shot, you'll thank me.

Not sure where your from, but typically here in Canada, Next to bashing hockey and beer, mentioning buying a PPC is about the third best way you'll see how quickly we become unfriendly.vip_pilot wrote:Im looking for an first officer experience on the A320 .

That being said, our southern cousins are all about whoreing themselves out. Have fun down there.

Seriously though - this is what those programs should sound like to you. Sketchy get ahead quick schemes... You actually pay them to get the chance to work for them? Does that really sound right to you?

You forgot the way aviation works: What's up is down and what's down is up.Does that really sound right to you?
In Europe it's almost par for the course that if you want a job you have to buy a Type rating AND buy the line training (100 to 300 hours).
This generally doesn't happen in Canada, but Canadian pilots whore themselves out in less direct ways... such as agreeing to work for wages that that are... well, you know that story.

I would think if you want to fly any aircraft that is registered with anything other than a 'C' reg, you will have to convert. Simple way of looking at it is where it is registered, you follow their rules (read licencing).vip_pilot wrote:My license are canadaian ICAO and the type rating too . Can i do JAR type rating or i have to convert all my license CPL IFR .
If you are a low timer looking to get on a 320, converting to JAR would b the way to go. That is assuming you have the right to live and work in the EU. As others have pointed out in this thread, in Canada you end up in a 320 well into your career, not at the beginning. Thats just the way it works here....Europe and the US are different.
