I had no problems with the cog test, laughed my way through the crazy test, and the interview went very well. We laughed, we cried, we laughed some more...got PFO'd (as I expected) in about 4 weeks. Comming from Jazz, I was expecting it.
It was great experience all the same. Any time you get a change to be put through the paces, you come out more experienced for it.

Felt it went pretty well all round and was offered a course after 3 weeks of waiting. I had a fare amount of flight experience and some high pressure interviews/ Psych/ cog type testing before so I was pretty comfortable with it all.
Like KAG said the more exposure to this type of system the better and either way it goes it will be or could be valuable to you down the road.

Cog was fun.
Pshyc was hilarious.
Wasn't to sure about the interview. Answered all of the questions confidently, but felt I could have sold myself a little better on the ol' " why should we hire you " question. My first interview in this capacity, all the others were comparible to Wal Mart interviews...Waited 11 weeks, and got the call almost to the day. July 2 start date.
Learned that quantity during an answer is not really that important, it's the quality of the information and how it is presented and how you present yourself. I had a 767 captain whom I was able to get him to relate to something or place that we both had good experiences from. That I think helped out alot as he could relate to my scenarios.

I had four airline/corporate interviews last year. On three of them I felt that it went quite well..., and I got a job offer from all three of these companies. On one of them I felt "off", and wasn't surpised when I got a PFO letter from them.
Hence, if you 'feel' like you did well, then you probably did. On the other hand, if you 'feel' like it didn't go as well as expected, then it probably didn't.
