PASCO, From a Cusomer's Point of View

Post by sky's the limit »

Don't care about what it's like to work there, good or bad, just a comment from a customer.

I flew them the other day, and a friend has flown them twice in the past two days, and they've been nothing but excellent. On time, friendly F/A's, very helpful booking agents on the 1-800 line, and nothing got lost, damaged, or otherwise rearranged.

I think BOTH WJ and AC could learn a thing or two from them, and other small operators in various parts of the country. Pretty positive experience all around, nice for a change.

Well done. Now if only the pilots didn't all have the same spiky haircuts, we'd be getting somewhere...

Thanks for the comment stl.

From a ramp guys' perspective, it feels like things are rarely going smoothly and on time, but it's nice to know that most customers are still happy.

I'm not sure when the Cory Hart(I may be dating myself here) hairdos became the uniform for 704 pilots in Canada, but YIKES is all I can say.... I wasn't aware men used gel after 1989, but apparently the style is alive and well. I just hope the F/A's don't start with pink leg warmers in the winter..

Anyway, will all the bitching that goes on here, I thought it would be nice to post something positive for a change. Once again, well done, an enjoyable trip.

I have no idea what you're talkin about STL, I think we are all ridiculously good lookin.

That's how people look when you don't spend month's in the bush away from any showers or women.

Maybe the spikey hairdoos is the reason that around 10 of their pilots have gone to AC in the past month or two? Gotta git me one of those hairdoos.
