Somehow I doubt the authorities will be amused.

I'm pretty sure that's a balloon flight with no registration, no pilot certificate, etc etc etc. Considerable fines and perhaps jail time may result.

First guy to do it originally got a fine from the FAA of ~$4500 but they lowered it to ~$1500.
