new operator in atlantic canada

I hear there is going to be a new air carrier starting up in Newfoundland, operating 1900Ds, does anyone here know the details.

Exploits Valley Air Services...they also operate Gander Flight Training. Derrick Winsor is the guy in charge (I think)? Great guy.

I heard they're looking at something in the 1900 or 99 line-up.
