I had to renew my pass and then come back for the permanent one but I forgot so the temp expired. I had the day off so I planned the whole day. Got there just after Coffee break so no customers were there. Had to do the whole 9 yards as far as retnal scan and finger prints. There was a young African lady behind the counter and she was friendly and efficient. Had my pass and the parking ticket validated and out in 20 minutes. Got nothing but good to say about the YYC pass office. Am I the only one??

It's not all bad at YYC. They open at 0700 so get there early and theres no line. Last time they were all in a good mood that early as well! Think of how many pilots, FA's, and everyone at the airport needs to get passes and that's why the lines are long. Its like a whole class of FA's go at the same time.
