could you be more specific. Do you mean Georgian is hiring guys with 300 tt for the 1900?

thanks
According to their website, GGN wants 1000hrs for the 208 and 2000 for the 1900. Some have been saying the 1900 mins are closer to 1500 now. They have hired 208 FOs with less than 1000. A friend of mine was recently hired with 1400ish for the 208. I cannot imagine they'd be hiring 300 hr pilots, but I guess weirder things have happened in Canada.

The 208's no longer exist at GGN, they are over at Cargojet now. Try CJ, they'll be looking for 208 f/o's I bet, min time: CPL/IFR.

GGN has is trying out a guy on the 1900 with min time, who knows how that'll go, hopefully well and will open it up for more guys.

Asking a pilot about what he thinks of Transport Canada, is like asking a fire hydrant what does he think about dogs.

I've got 1200hrs. instructing/jump pilot, no multi-ifr yet.

Do I leave and get the multi-ifr and write the IATRA?

Or do I stay and meet all the ATPL req. and write then get my multi IFR?

I wanna start flying more the 25NM from home.

Your best bet would be to get your multi and IFR and go work for a 703/704 operator and gain some IFR operational experience. I'm sure with the time you have you won't have a problem finding a job.
