Yes what you say is an issue.you can go from zero to teaching without having ever worked in the industry to gain some experience
We shouldn' t, in any case instruct when below 1000 hours TT.
I hardly imagine that we can become flight instructor without having experienced "the real life" before.
With some experience with charter or scheduled companies, you will understand where to aim your training, and what does really mean an emergency descent for example.
With some experience for sure you have encountered some systems failure, engine failure, com failure, windshield crack, and some interesting situation.... And will help you a lot for the flight instruction.
It will provide: a very good training quality,
and limit the number of instructor and stop the actual situation: we train more student than pilot needed!! Even now that the companies are hiring, there is well too much new pilot on the market.
I have spend years in the industry in differents countries and differents airplanes before pretending to give instruction.
My advice: don' t become instructor with 250 hours TT.
Go to work on the 182, 185, 206... And from here start your career and follow your own path.

A couple of years ago when I was flying in Holland I had some time off and my wife and I took a train trip from Amsterdam to Katowice to visit Auschswitz and Birkenau.
We also visited Krakow then took the train back to Amsterdam.
Poland was wonderful and the people were really friendly.
