Anyone know the working conditions at China Airlines?

I would like to know the current working conditions at China Airlines if anyone knows.

Do they have the credit hour or credit day system?

What is the start pay?

Do they have pilots based in Canada?

Any info would be great.

I heard a first hand story about a guy that used to work for our company who went to work for China Airlines. Supposedly, the chinese captain was hand flying an ILS and the approach became highly unstable...the FO stated go around as per SOP, the captain refused. The two ended up wrestling over the controls with the FO eventually gaining control from the captain and executing the missed. The FO was subsequently arrested and jailed....
