How 'bout a miscellaneous forum for the odd thread that comes along which is above average; a keeper? Or maybe a "Sticky forum".

For example: the "New Career" thread in the General Comments Forum. It's already sank to the second page and will soon be lost. Shame because it puts a whole lot of perspective on the other side of the dream job.
