Doc's right, past President's are still entitled to the honorific "Mr. President" which I think would take precedence over a supernumerary title when actually addressing him. I'm sure the press will still refer to him as former president Bill Clinton just like they do now. What's she going to be called though, Mrs. P or Ms. P?
