My guess would be: YVR, YYC, YYZ, YUL, and YHZ. Aircraft: prolly DH8 and CRJ.

In all seriousness, it's likely wide open. All's fair. That's been the way (for the most part) over the last 6 months.
Whatever's open, your desired base can be obtained within a few months of being online, the way the bidding system works.
