25 hours? holy hannah SYT!!!!
you look great!! i still have a hard time with the whole 'watermelon-meets-peashooter' concept myself... good on ya both!! Congrats! it's a pilot!!! (or a cowgirl, or a plumber, or an artist. i'm just sayin'... )
lol widow.. here is the icing on the cake.........
......
......
She was a vacuume delivery..
she had to be delivered quickly because her heart rate was dropping badly after each contraction..
all the nurses couldnt believe how good she looked for a newborn.. the kept saying "oh my goodness she looks too perfect to have been a vacuume delivery... or to be a day old..."
she went through a rough few days.. they started my induction at 6:30 pm on thursday night... i didnt deliver her until saturday morning... lol.. the major labour with the nasty nasty contractions were only 25 hours though..
Today she is only 5 days... those photos are from her first day home.. only day 3... lol
she is a miracle.. i love her more than anything in the world.. (well cloddy comes close)..

Amazing story SYT! My cousin had to be induced and had a 36 hour labour before they finally sectioned her ... her son ended up with this incredibly elongated conehead, which still wasn't normal four months later when my son was born (all three of mine were c-sections and "perfect" looking).
I envy you that "falling in love" feeling ... every time you look at her for the next several months, you will fall in love a little bit more!
Beautiful baby girl!!! If this is your first then be careful of the trap I fell into. We'll try just one more time to have that son. Well, five daughters later I finally gave up. Don't get me wrong, I love each of my girls to death and wouldn't trade them for the world but the shotgun shells start to get expensive and I had to build my own bathroom in the basement just so I could get in the shower occasionally. I hope your child (ren) bring you as much joy and happiness as mine have. P.S my buddy says i didn't have a boy cause i wasn't going deep enough but that's for another thread. Enjoy, they are all grown up before you know it
