I wish I could state some numbers for ya, unfortunately not there yet. I remember some thread on the french part of the site that might answer you're questions. However, they just released new information about their ongoing growth.

Transat annonce qu'elle ajoute un Airbus A310-300 à sa flotte, ce qui porte le nombre de ses gros porteurs à dix-sept. L'appareil, le treizième Airbus A310 d'Air Transat, effectuera cette fin de semaine son premier vol de Montréal vers le Sud. Par ailleurs, de nouveaux vols vers des destinations soleil au départ de Régina et de Winnipeg seront programmés jusqu'à la fin de la saison d'hiver. Cet ajout à la flotte a entraîné l'embauche de 74 agents de bord et de 14 pilotes. Le transporteur rappelle qu'à compter de mai 2008, il augmentera l'espace entre les sièges en classe Economie sur chacun de ses appareils afin de procurer plus de confort à ses passagers. La modification fera passer l'espace entre chaque rangée de sièges de 30 à 32 pouces en moyenne. Dès la fin du mois de mai 2008, tous les Airbus A310 compteront ainsi 249 sièges, soit 229 en classe Economie et 20 en classe Club. Air Transat exploite également quatre Airbus A330 qui compteront 342 sièges cet été.

Au cours de l'été 2008, Vacances Transat et Air Transat ajoutent Bâle-Mulhouse à leurs destinations. Située à la frontière de la France et de la Suisse, Bâle-Mulhouse offre aux voyageurs un accès direct à la Suisse ou à l'Alsace du côté français. La Suisse vient s'ajouter aux 10 autres pays proposés par Air Transat en Europe, soit l'Allemagne, le Royaume-Uni, l'Autriche, la Belgique, l'Espagne, la France, la Grèce, l'Irlande, l'Italie et les Pays-Bas. Des nouvelles liaisons seront aussi lancées cet été de Montréal à Dublin, de Toronto à Nice et de Vancouver et Calgary à Paris.

English Version

Air Transat announces the addition of Airbus A310-300 to the fleet, what brings the number of the fleet to 17. The airliner, the thirteenth Airbus A310 of Air Transat, will perform its first sputhbound flight out of Montreal this weekend.

Moreover, new flights towards tropical destinations from Regina and Winnipeg are scheduled till the end of winter. This addition to their fleet permitted the hiring of 74 new flight attendants and 14 pilots.
The airline reminds that starting May 2008, they will increase leg room in economy class Economy on every single plane providing more comfort for the customers . Modification will get the distance between every row of seats to 30 - 32 inches

By the end of May 2008, all Airbuses A310 will count 249 seats, 229 in Economy and 20 in the club section. Air Transat exploits also four Airbuses A330 that are going to be brought to 342 seats this summer. Throughout 2008 summer season, Transat holidays and Air Transat will be adding Basel-Mulhouse to their destinations.
Located on the border of France and Switzerland, Basel-Mulhouse gives to the passengers a direct access to Switzerland or to Alsace on the French side. The Switzerland is added on top of the 10 current other countries offered by Air Transat in Europe, like Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy and Netherlands.

New connections will also be lunched this summer from Montreal to Dublin, from Toronto to Nice and out of Vancouver and Calgary to Paris.

Hey, I know that Transat has some very good interline connections. I believe Westjet, British Airways and Northwest are among the partners.

As for the press release below, it's good that Transat are adding some much needed legroom in economy! Their Club Class product is very good, but I've always found their economy product to be borderline unacceptable, especially for long-haul flights.

I'm confirming for WestJet, they have stand by low rates agreement with them. Not sure about the others tho.
