Night Fighters

Post by longjon »

I finally had time to read Robers S Grants article in Canadian Aviator about his tour in Ivory Coast and loved the caption beside the local girl holding the monkey on her hip.

"Cultures meet at the airport"

How about that girl. Maybe some of you young guys thinking of doing the expat thing would like to have her and her sisters for companionship.

Fabulous idea, go to Africa and hump a Nightfighter.

With about 50% of the population in some parts of Africa having AIDS that would be really living on the edge.

The most difficult thing about flying is knowing when to say no.

After over a half a century of flying I can not remember even one trip that I refused to do that resulted in someone getting killed because of my decision not to fly.

Hmmm got a scanner? I cancelled my subscription due to terrible spelling and format errors. ie. Their article about "Ken Borek" and a crossword puzzle without any Down clues etc etc.
