Dont go down at vne. thats stupid. lean to peak on the way down, but careful its loud so make sure you did'nt lean to much and kill the engine.

If its busy airspace dont run into anyone. And dont get cocky w/ the weather. look at the radar

HOLY! I don't think anyone really said much about shock cooling. Ummm yeah look into that. And watch your descent speed on bumpy days and never descend over a dark area with lots of thermals coming off it.... that will help.

Have fun!!

Thanks for all the tips guys, it's only going to be a part-time thing on a side on my days off from work.

Looking for a different way to enjoy flying.

I'll take all of the above to heart,

thanks again.

You'll enjoy it. One last thing is we try to leave the plane with enough fuel in it at the end of the day so its ready to go for next time. Sometimes skydivers are eager to go jumping and other times they leave you waiting on the ground. Last year was busy and organized alot better than it used to be so things ran smoothly. I try to get the fuelling done whenever there's a free moment, and of course when you need it. You'll learn all the other little things and get used to flying around with the door open and 4-5 people hanging onto the strut 8)
