Does anyone know where you can find accident report on this crash? I have reviewed the TSB records and could not find any information on it. The only limited information I found was in the CADORS and the Aviation Safety Network.
I assumed that a fatal accident would warrant some type of report. Does anybody have any ideas?

Was that the one that failed to make the runway after an engine failed on departure from YVR?

If I remember the Captain (I think) died and the rest survived. Never heard anymore-other then the media for a few days.
