What're you fellas getting paid to fly the lears, falcons, gulfstream etc? Left and right seat. Ballpark if you wish. Thanks.

.80 Occasional is right I believe that it’s been 2 maybe 3 people hired onto the Jetstream from within the company in the last 5 years and none of them came from the ramp, they where from aviation or airline ops.
3000+ TT with jet experience (for direct onto a jet) seems about right, but they have actually hired quite a few people recently so maybe the mins. might start coming down if they can’t find those sorts of times any more.

The salaries are not set by Skyservice for the bizjet you are looking for, but by the owner of the plane. The salaries set by Skyservice are on the Junkstream, the 35s and I think one CL601, but not sure about the last one.
Some F/O on a certain CL601 starts at a very low 35k.
And if you want to be hired from within, I suggest you have 2000 TT with ATPL and work the dispatch and not the ramp. Ramp rats and not what the companiy wants to see in the cockpit of their planes.
Hope this answers your questions.

I'll take "ramp rats" with a grain of salt. I've spent a long while working the ramp since high school trying to build my avation career. It's too bad that the people in the higher places look down on us.
Albeit, there's a good number of (what I call) "special" people out there that screw up plenty, and ruin it for the guy (or gal) working hard for a buck and trying to network
All in all, its good experience and I've learned a lot from rolling the red carpet to deicing -37s with a frozen face.
Good info to know about SSV. I think I'll apply for a desk job once I get the time. I've heard only good things about them
