In continuing its focus on strategic acquisitions, EIIF also announced that it had entered into a series of
agreements to acquire airplane hangars in Winnipeg and Island Lake, Manitoba as well as certain assets
of a discontinued airline. Upon satisfactory completion of due diligence, Keewatin Air will acquire a
hangar and terminal facility that is adjacent to the James Richardson International Airport and Perimeter

Re: EIIF buys Kistigan
So what do you think Stu, lets you and me start up an air service to somewhere in Northern Mb, make it work for a while, then sell it to EIIF and retire... I can only hope GB made a little $ of this deal, but either way - competition, stay away!!! we have deeper pockets then you (when I say we, I mean the people that employ me, and in no way do I mean myself)
