How many hours do they look for to be an FO's on their DHC-6's? And are they hiring?

Why would anyone want to fly those clapped out -6's.. With the circus they call maintenance running around in ever tightening circles I wouldn't reccomend my worst enemy to fly on them.. IMHO pretty scary place...
