The Bear going 705?

Post by hypoxic »

They applied for 705 ops! Saab 340's or Dash 8's? Is it true the Bear is getting bigger equipment? Also heard that they plan to open 2 new routes west of the 'Peg'. Any truth to this?

Not unless it was the first one ever made, and had at least 78 000 cycles.

DA900,

That would have to be one of the old NorOntair machines, if it is still around, and it would fly crooked too from when it was pranged during their initial training of their pilots.

Dockjock:

Actually I heard that Joe has sold them the PBY's that he has for sale and the Bear is going to go back to an amphibious sched run, modeled after Austin Airways old airline.
