Military Avionics Apprentice seeking help and advice

Post by binny45 »

Good Day

I've just recently completed my Apprentice training and am currently completing some OJT with a civilian company on the S-92, but will be finished the 3rd of February and will be looking for work as an apprentice.

I could REALLY use some help getting pointed in the right direction. I'm really not sure if my Resume is set up properly for this type of work. What should I have there? What shouldn't I have there? Being military I didn't have to buy any tools, what tools would be recommended? What companies take on apprentices and could possibly be hiring? I'm currently in St. John's, NL and am looking to work locally, however I am willing to rotate out on a month to month basis if necessary.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I'm very anxious to get started as soon as my contract is up (or even sooner if necessary). If you have any questions or need any information from me, please feel free to ask.

Thanks for having these forums here folks, without it I think I'd truly be lost.
