StallN'fall...
George wasn't flying an MU2 a few years ago (to the best of my memory)[/quote]
I checked into it, it was more than a few years ago, but yes he did crash an MU2 in CYBV! Why is it that those with the most crashes and screw ups think they can tell the rest of the world how to do it right, and look down there noses as they do it. I wouldn’t let George Riopka be in charge of my toilet cleaning.
Hey Doc. The Summer Beaver crash was not CFIT. You may not have intended to offend, but you did. Think about the family, friends and co-workers of those lost before opening your mouth in the future.
I guess it is a dumb statement and I got a flyer from Keystone in the mail this week. But Safety management System is probably a good thing. Maybe it will make the job less stressful. My friend had an experience with an airline, many years back, coming from the north, a metro plane crashed into the runway when it was landing because they forgot to put the landing gear on (the wheels). Both props were broken off, is it the airlines fault? excuse my choppy sentences please, theres no need to be sarcastic every time

What is TC really doing to ensure Keystone doesn't have another accident because of fuel....I heard a "rumour" that pilots are (still) being forced to fly their a/c with below IFR fuel requirements. I hope it isn't true but I heard that the fuel was barely VFR. How can this continue with all that is known about the company. What's the point of TC making them get a bunch of signatures on a flight plan if the information is still being falsyfied??
Just guessing, but I think the witness meant "no longer" ... curiouser and curiouser. Didn't Keystone get its ops certificate back based on its being SMS compliant?
I have heard it from former employee's that taking enough fuel is still not a priority in their bosses eyes. The company is a joke, Fast Air gets shut down and these clowns are still operating... It is disturbing to see that article, like doc said earlier, I would not let family, or friends step foot in one of their airplanes.
