Student Pilot here...
I need some help with my homework.
When do cockpit instruments have to be serviced? Where can I find out the servicability schedules for the six main instruments. I've looked in the CARS and the AIP and I haven't found much.
I know it has something to do with the 100hr and annual inspections but I don't think I'm looking in the right spot.
Any help would be great

Instruments
Hi
I think you are thinking about Pitot-Static System check that needs to be done every 2 years.
The instruments don't have to be serviced unless there is something wrong with them ie. excessive precession, won't erect, etc.
Hope that helps...
Gord
