I think it's more of the attitude portrayed by Jazz pilot's rather than WJA's discrimination. When you get used to the company culture of a certain carrier, you may or may not develop an attitude that is not what another carrier is looking for. That is another rumor I have not heard, nor can I see it being accurate. Our HR team do a great job of filtering out those that don't fit the mold, and besides half of WJ is comprised of pilots from one regional or another.
Lots of hiring planned for next year (120 is what I've heard), no worries.
