I take it you mean they pay decent wages to their instructors?At least they offer our fellow airmen with the salary/pay they deserve.

I can only think of very few schools in the GTA that fly Seneca’s. 2 to be more specific, and both operate out of an uncontrolled A/P ......
I must say, $4 K and a 2 year contract…is pretty funny. So assuming someone will pay the 4 K what difference to the operator if that person wants to piss off in 2 months or not…It didn’t cost the owner/operator anything…So the 4 K and the 2 year contract makes me think someone is on crack…… cheap crack too…
