How many people stay at Jazz?

Our most senior pilot was hired in 1968. There are boatloads of 35, 30, 25, and 20+ years of service guys as well. It is said that the bottom 15% of the F/O list are the ones that leave for other airlines (AC, Westjet, Emirates, etc). We have about 1,500 active pilots.

Excellent training, and the second largest airline in Canada based on departures (800+ a day) and fleet size (125 airplanes) are why Jazz looks so good on a resume if you don't want to stay.

You aren't hated, if you were these great aviators of rj's and massive dash 8-300's wouldn't take the time out of their ULTRA busy day to slam you.
Because it is the 2nd largest airline in Canada. If you want answers, try another source. Most on here are too smart for their own good.

considering JAZZ was formed in 2001 and didn't start hiring for many years after that I doubt the captian that your flying with was hired by JAZZ.

CRJ-705 it's a quality of life issue for the guy's with higher senority numbers like any airline have their choice of flying combined with a six figure salary nice equipment union protection a pention I'm sure there are other things to but I don't work their.

Just remeber with seniority lists it's not how many are in front of you that matters. It's how many are behind you. ask the last guy hired in 08 and he'd do anything to get off reserve.

i think the measurement should be based on number of passengers carried annually. so who is the largest domestically and who is the largest internationally?

the only real test though is who has the least amount of accidents and incidents
