Interesting stats from another forum from the first Q's

5. Southwest .5%
6. Hawaiian .2%
7. Alaska .1%
8. jetBlue -.6%
9. United -2.6%
10. Air Tran -3.3%
11. US Airways -3.5%
12. Delta -3.8%

15. Republic -9.6%
16. AMR -10%
Break-even load factors – 1Q 2010
1. Allegiant 69.8%
2. Pinnacle 71.6%
3. Skywest 74.5%
4. Southwest 75.5%
5. jetBlue 77.3%
6. WestJet 78.7%
7. AirTran 79.8%

Most carriers have issued their April traffic statistics. A couple have reported traffic well below their 1Q BELF load factor which doesn’t bode well for 2Q 2010 numbers.

FlightLevels,
I don't usually get involved in this type of conversation but have been biting my tongue long enough and cannot help myself. I've noticed an increased number of your postings latley refer to 'mine's bigger than yours'. If your company is as good as you like the public to believe it to be there is no need for this. Unless you genuinely fear a resurgent, stronger Air Canada has a better overall product that is.

That's right! Same thing when WJ "ramp guys" are laughing at the woman who lost her cat, right?
