Passed my CPL written exam today :)

Well I took the Met & Nav exams today and passed I just wanted to thank everyone for all the study tips. Now it's time for the flight exam

I found the CPL exam much more difficult then the PPL exam. I highly recommend that you buy the C*ulhanes CPL practice exam book, and the SharperEdge CPL book. I also used pilottrainingdotca for my ground school. If you have any questions, pm me and I can try to help you out.

I'm looking to write in the next couple weeks. What I'm wondering is on the Nav. section were the questions set up so that if you got the first one wrong you're screwed ? Also what type of questions were involved in the nav. section?

No, they're not set up like that. I too feared that before I wrote it but they are independent.

I'm starting to become more confident. I'm to the point I'm not sure what to study so I've just been going over a bunch of practice quizzes with an open book, so that if I don't know something I can look it up then and there instead of guessing. I'm not sure if that is the most effective way of studying though, but at least I avoid confusing myself. I'm also going to the Commercial Seminar at Pro-ifr next weekend which should shead some light on some of the areas.
