Is there or has there ever been ANY self serve -honour system pumps in Quebec ? ( i mean you dont have to enter your card to get the pumps working )

Yep, Tremblant Rivière-Rouge. You write your phone number on a board besides the pump, and they'll call you someday to get a credit card number.

It was the first place I have seen that you could use your debit card.

yep i fly in southern QC and the fuel at CYCC is cheap enough to offset any costs of flying there from anywhere around the montreal area. plus it's 24 hours.
