Hey guys I was wondering if anyone could help me out here. I am currently a pilot at Jazz on the RJ, and am considering leaving the airlines. The politics (as you can see from reading the airline section on this forum) are getting to be a little too much.
Was just wondering if any corporate guys/gals on here made the jump for airline to corporate? And are you glad you did? What kind of experience did you have? What equipment do you fly? How is schedule? Days off? Days away from home? And of course pay?
I am wondering what are good places to work? Places to avoid? I am currently living in Toronto but would be open to moving anywhere for the right offer?
As far as my experience level I am just shy of 5000 hours with just under 2000 hours Jet (CRJ 100/200/900).
If anyone has any advice please let me know or feel free to PM.
Thanks.

Re: Airlines to Corporate
I was contemplating the same thing a few months ago. Applied to a few places with openings, one for the corporate RJ.......didn't hear a thing back from any of them. Guess I must be too old and set in my ways......but Darn it, I'm a nice guy....
