Now actively looking, again.

Hi Everybody, I am new to this site and just starting my pilot training. I am looking to purchase a Cherokee 140, 160, or 180 in order to train in. I will have a significant down payment (~$20,000) and am looking for the seller to finance the remainder over a 2 year term. I will carry full insurance and be responsiblel for all maintenece. A plane with a value between $35,000 and $60,000 is ideal.

If this interests you and you have a decent aircraft to offer, please let me know.
